Duty Manager - Full Time
The Hotel Royal holds a fantastic reputation for service and value. Featuring three bars, full table service restaurant, Gaming, TAB, Sip n' Save bottleshop and function facilities; applicants with a strong background in Food, Beverage, Gaming and Functions Supervision or Management are encouraged to apply.
We are currently seeking an experienced and committed Duty Manger to join our team. This position will require 2 Duty Manager shifts per week plus food, beverage and gaming service shifts the remainder of the week.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- 2 or more years experience in a similar role
- have good beer, wine, coffee, food service and functions knowledge
- be able to operate UBET terminals and understand betting systems
- hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualification
- be current as a Responsible Person and Gaming Machine Manager
- possess excellent cash handling skills
- be organised and efficient
- work well under pressure
- work collaboratively with the other management and staff to build a great team environment
- be available for shifts over a 7 day roster and able to work nights
- communicate clearly and professionally
