Hotelstaff is seeking Qualified Chefs to join our team as we prepare for the 2018 Spring Racing Carnival!

Very soon winter will make way for the sunshine of Spring, the city of Melbourne will come alive with the sound of thundering hooves and the clinking of glassware. The iconic Spring Racing Carnival takes its place at the top of every well-versed Melburnian's to-do list as the best gallopers from across the globe converge in Victoria.
Saddle Up and be a part of the action!
From September – November, across 64 days, be a part of the Spring Racing Carnival taking place in multiple racetracks with encompassing events such as the BMW Caulfield Cup, Crown Oaks Day, Stakes Day, Cox Plate and the Emirates Melbourne Cup forming the centerpiece.
About You
To be eligible to apply you must:
- Have flexible availability over the Spring Racing Carnival September – October.
- Have five years or more experience post apprenticeship.
- Working Rights within Australia.
