The Role
We are currently seeking two talented, dedicated and passionate Full-time Demi Chefs to join our dynamic Kitchen team at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport or Sir Stamford at Circular Quay.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef
- Being passionate about your craft and displaying very high standards of food production and presentation
- Excellent Communication Skills with innovative ideas
- Being reliable, punctual and organised
- A positive 'Can do" attitude
- Ability to maintain high and consistent food standards
- The flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- A solid understanding of WHS Procedures and food saftey
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Experience working within a hotel kitchen is desirable but not essential
