Anchorage Restaurant and seafront hotel has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef, or senior Sous Chef ready to move up the ranks, to take over the kitchens of this iconic restaurant in the beautiful and picturesque Victor Harbor.

 

To apply for this position, you must have relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in a similar role.

 

The desire to work in a professional and disciplined kitchen environment is a must, managing a team of very committed and passionate chefs.

 

Experience necessary in creating weekly rosters, ordering and controlling stocks, as well as a passion for good cooking with seasonal local produce, designing and implementing four seasonal menu changes a year.

 

Salary from $55,000/year but negotiable depending on experience.

 

Temporary accommodation available for the right candidate to help with relocation if necessary.
