This modern Italian restaurant boasts a ground floor, state of the art kitchen which features the Josper charcoal oven from Spain, a level 1 pizza bar, private dining room, an amazing level 2 roof top bar, a food and wine store and a basement production kitchen.

About you:
Recent and relevant kitchen experience as a Chef de Partie is necessary
Have the ability to work in a brigade/team environment.
Enthusiastic and passionate about cooking and the hospitality industry.
Self motivated and driven.
Experience working in a large venue and good understanding of Italian cuisine/culture is an advantage.
Must have good communication skills and be able to speak and write English well.
Must have have their food handlers certificate.
Must be able to work full time with no restrictions.
