Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley is a successful, International 4.5 star hotel comprising 200 guest rooms, restaurant & bar, conference facilities for up to 300 people, pool, sauna and gymnasium. 


 The Butchers Bench, located within Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley, wants you to come and work as part of our friendly Food & Beverage team. We want to see you shine in our restaurant and be part of our exciting venue, and have you represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. 

 As a key member of the Food and Beverage team, your duties will also include: 

• Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when recommending beverages 
• Maximising sales opportunities by up selling items Liaising with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals 
• Clearing and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy Maintaining standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation 
• Providing a personalized service and experience for our guests to enjoy
