We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused, "hands-on", driven Floor Manager to join our passionate team!
The successful applicant will be part of  Sydney CBD's dedicated Service Team. This is a hands-on role suited to a positive, driven, vibrant and enthusiastic people person seeking long-term employment.
We're seeking a lover of hospitality as a means to bring people together and someone with a want to create genuine community.
The applicant will be passionate about working with a great team of Service, Specialty Coffee and Kitchen professionals. We offer a unique, seasonal, locally sourced menu alongside exciting Speciality coffee range. We also offer a limited but thoroughly interesting booze menu focusing on local Natural Wines, Craft beers, and wicked coffee-based cocktails.

Day to day operational tasks include

• Overseeing, leading and allocating Service Staff resources on shift.
• Playing an active role as part of the stores Service Staff Leadership Team.
• Running and leading table service during peak periods
• Training staff in customer interaction, POS usage, brand and product knowledge.
• The role will require opening/closing the store when necessary.

All duties aim to wholly and strategically facilitate an amazing customer experience. Additionally, the role will require a Saturday and possibly a Thursday - Friday evening shift along with ad hoc events but this can be discussed upon application and will be able to be negotiated based on the operational needs of the store. You'll be fulfilling some management duties in the Service / Venue Manager's absence. Ultimately, the highest priority for this role or any role in our store is to be a critical part in ensuring an amazing customer experience is had by anyone who enters our venue. You will do this by utilizing every available store, staff and brand resource at your disposal.

Remuneration will be based on experience. Competitive Salary Package will be on offer.
