To be considered for this role, candidates must:
Have previous experience in high volume restaurants serving modern and traditional Italian cuisine for a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Be a natural and approachable "hands-on" team player that motivates and works with the team to be consistent and efficient in service and quality.

Working closely with the Head Chef and Director we require the above roles for our Doreen location.
