Do you love creating delicious food and want to be part of an energetic café kitchen? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you.
Our Café, in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide, is open for breakfast and lunch only and offers customers a comprehensive café menu.
We have a high volume / fast paced environment so you must be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining an eye for detail and a professional attitude at all times.
You must be a positive, proactive individual with good communication skills, a team player who is focused on providing great food and maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
Flexible availability is essential as weekend work will be required.
Cook and Food Preparation:
We are looking for an experienced person who enjoys working in a busy environment. You will be responsible for the quality, preparation and delivery of our menu items.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Has knowledge of a commercial kitchen
- At least 2 years experience working in a similar environment
- Is organised and systematic in their approach
- Pays attention to presentation and detail
- Is able to work in a team environment and coordinate with front of house staff
