The Company
Our client is a Luxury Hotel located in the heart of cosmopolitan Melbourne. This is an iconic venue falling under a hugely successful international brand. The Role
In this large venue, the catering departments are led by Sous Chefs under the direction of the Executive Chef. We are seeking the restaurant leader’ right-hand chef – Jnr Sous. He is looking for a hard-working teammate to assist in the daily running and planning of the restaurant. We need a mentor, a coach and an educator to the team. A high caliber, level-headed experienced chef with ambition and drive.
This is an a la carte service role that will predominantly work evening shifts over a 7-day roster but comes with flexibility and very reasonable working hours. All TIL to be calculated and excellent perks with the job.
