About the role:
Estia Health Mona Vale is looking for an experienced Cook to work on a part-time basis, current shifts available Wednesday & Thursday 6am - 2pm plus leave cover.

• We will encourage you to educate yourself further and enhance your personal development by attending all relevant training courses.

To be successful you will have:

• Applicable Chef Qualification and Food Safety Supervisor - Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery.
• Cooking experience within the aged care industry highly regarded.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation practice.
• Experience in menu preparation and planning.
• Ability to manage textured and modified diets according to dietitian and clinical requirements.
• An ability to manage catering staff and lead a team and also fulfill the duties of a kitchen hand when required.
• Current Police check.
