Applicant should be able to work independently to produce a wide range of cakes, pastries , pies & breads. 
 

Applicants must have a minimum of a certificate III 

The successful applicant must be available to work weekends and early starts (1am). Must have your own transport and will be required instruct and supervise junior apprentices.
