The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Facility Manager to join the team at Regis Legana.
This 106 bed facility offers a tranquil, rural setting in Northern Tasmania. Regis Legana provides the full range of Regis aged care services, plus ageing-in-place, a specialist dementia care wing and respite care services.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leadership of the facility
- Ensuring the highest Regis standard of residential care
- HR and staff management
- Achieving optimal business outcomes
- Sales and Marketing of the facility
- Development and ongoing management of operation initiatives across the business
- Management of the facility’s P&L
About you
As a Facility Manager, you will:
- Have a tertiary qualification in business or resource management discipline (desirable)
- Have considerable experience in a service industry or in a commercial environment with proven leadership qualities
- Be a highly motivational person, a self-starter with a high degree of expertise in their field
- Experience in a strong market driven organisation within the service industry
- Have proven experience in financial and human resource management
- Be outcome focused with extensive experience within a multi-faceted, service based environment
- Be able to drive efficiencies within a business utilising industry knowledge to provide success within the organisation
- Be a natural leader, motivator and coach
