The Como Melbourne MGallery by Sofitel is a boutique Hotel renowned for its luxurious facilities and service. Located in the heart of vibrant South Yarra, the Hotel features 110 accommodation suites, a restaurant, bar, pool, sun deck, private Japanese garden suites, and 8 purpose built event suites.
We are seeking a professional and friendly full time Reservation Sales Agent to join our enthusiastic team. In this role, you will be required to report to the Reservation Sales Manager and be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guest’s. Through the use of reservation skills, you will accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations whilst observing and adhering to the policies and procedures for the operation of the property. In addition you will offer professional and efficient switchboard and phone services by providing accurate and helpful information regarding the hotel’s facilities and services.
You are naturally service orientated with a passion for working and progressing in the hotel industry. You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and confident person who is determined to exceed our customer’s expectations. You are available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including occasional weekends as per our business demands. The successful candidate will have unlimited work rights in Australia and be flexible to work up to 38 hours per week. You will have experience in a similar role or environment, preferably in hotels. Your attention to detail is exceptional and you have the ability to communicate with various groups of people.
