The Role
Within an all star line up of Rez Pro's, this role is often the first point of contact for our valued clientelle, answering first calls and being the first impression in an industry where impressions really matter.  So you will need to be warm, friendly, bubbly - a real people person who gets a kick out of delivering great service and finding ways to go above and beyond.

Working within the reservation function of the contact centre, your day to day will include - 

• Restaurant Reservations - managing full end to end of day to day system for reservations through ResPAK
• Confirmations - confirming all reservations for the day 
• Enquiries - first port of call for all enquiries - and finding solutions - e.g. perhaps the venue they want is booked out - where else we offer them? 

We want you to be a go-getter with lots of energy, ideas and drive, restaurant floor experience and insights will also be very highly considered so you know the lay of the land!

Hours:
Wednesday - Saturday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
