The Role
Pool Club is on the hunt for a superstar Bar Supervisor to oversee all bars on shift. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to progress within the Sydney bar scene. If you have a passion for cocktails, eye for detail, strong product knowledge and are looking for the opportunity to drive your own bar team then this is perfect for you.
This is an 'all hands on deck' sort of role where you would be behind the bar driving service along with training staff with your cocktail expertise. Managing up to seven bartenders at any one time and reporting into the Operations Manager presents a rare opportunity to show us what you are made of.
