We have a great opportunity for a skilled and experienced casual Event Coordinator to join our team within this high profile and corporate environment in the CBD.

You will assist the Site Manager in providing event coordination of all catering and event requirements to our client and their customers on the Client Floor.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Provide a seamless, end to end service for all clients, from initial enquiry, through planning stages to execution
    • Provide reliable, consistent and responsive service and communication to all clients
    • Communicate recommendations on key client/marketplace feedback and trends on an ongoing basis
    • Ensure all information collected is maintained accurately and effectively
    • Manage the development of events as appropriate
    • Ensure all catering requests are responded to within a timely manner
    • Responsible for overall events communication, acting as the communication hub between clients  and operations teams
    • Ensure feedback is gained from all events and shared with operations teams
    • Site administration duties including but not restricted to Goods Receipting of invoices, JSR tabulation and EOM sales orders back ups.
    • Supporting the operational teams on the floor when required.

To succeed in this role, you will need

  • A passion for hospitality and events and why its importance to our guests
  • A love of all things food and beverage
  • Previous operational experience in events environment
  • The want and the will to give great customer service and go the extra mile
  • Experience working in a similar position
  • Understanding of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment
