Netanya Noosa is looking for an Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Housekeeping Operations Manager. Netanya Noosa has 47 apartments and is located on Hastings Street.

Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the Housekeeping/Laundry Department. This is a hands on role involving coordination of staff, administrative requirements, stock control and ordering, whilst ensuring operations run efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Positive and outgoing personality, with a can-do attitude
• Strong background knowledge of housekeeping
• Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
• Willingness for a hands on role with strong leadership skills
• Ability to work unsupervised with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring all hotel departments operate as one team
• Basic computer program skills
• Basic knowledge of stock control and ordering

Netanya Noosa understands that all the above may not come in a single candidate, training will be provided to the right person showing the attitude and personality for the job and responsibility.

You will be required to be available over a 7 day roster, flexibility is essential. This includes weekends and public holidays up to a 38 hour week.
