Menzies Aviation is a global leader in the provision of Passenger, Ramp and Cargo handling services to the Aviation Industry. We are committed to providing the highest standard of customer service to our Airline customers.
We are seeking Japanese Speaking applicants with strong experience providing outstanding Customer Service within the Aviation Industry. You will be required to carry out the primary passenger service functions of check in for passenger handling while ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and capabilities:
- Similar experience within the Aviation Industry is essential.
- Fares & Ticketing I & II experience is desirable.
- Professional and courteous communication skills - Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to problem solve and complete work accurately within a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient computer and typing skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster without restrictions.
- Possess Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Possess a current Driver's License and own transport.
- Physical capability required to assist with passenger baggage handling, up to 32KG.
- Japanese Speakers wanted.
Applicants will be required to undergo an Airport security check and medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
This is a Permanent Part Time position, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Motivation and flexibility to work a rotational shift roster between 3.30am and 11.30pm, 7 days a week is a critical requirement and is non-negotiable.
