Hotel in the Northern suburbs is seeking a Retail Manager, with experience in building customer relations and providing exceptional customer service, to join our team.
With opportunities for self development within our management structure, this is a role for someone committed to customer service and is looking to further their career within Hospitality.
To be a successful applicant in this position you must obtain and be able to perform the following;
- Lead, train and work effectively as part of our growing team.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and complete orders within our Bottle Shop
- Motivate Employees
- Maintain daily operations & procedures within our Bottle Shop.
- Deal with customer inquiries and have excellent communication skills.
- Communicate with various Liquor Representatives.
- Hold a current RSA certificate.
