The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.

As a Boardroom Attendant you will plan, coordinate, cater and implement all details relating to meetings throughout the year in addition to maintaining rosters and stock. You will have extensive customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude towards planning and administrative duties and a flexible approach to work hours.

In this role you will:

  • Complete daily checks to ensure a high quality and seamless experience is  delivered to all stakeholders
  • Provide a central coordination point for all catering requests
  • Liaise closely with all business units to provide the service support required.
  • Coordinate the facilities calendar in Outlook for catering and meeting set up requests
  • Maintain supplies in the National office kitchen

As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Current Certificate in Food Safety Supervision
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Experience in corporate boardroom service delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, in particular Outlook, Word, Microsoft Office and Excel
  • High degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
