We need energetic and enthusiastic Chefs to work on a casual basis from Monday 30 July 2018. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Kitchen Brigade for the Royal International Convention Centre and the many events hosted at Brisbane Showgrounds including the Royal Queensland Show (Ekka) which is held in August. There will be opportunities for ongoing casual work for successful applicants.
We are looking for Chefs with a variety of skill levels from short-order chefs to specialist cuisine chefs.
To be considered for this position you must be a fully qualified Chef, have full availability from the 16/07/2018 and be committed to working in a high performance team.
You will have a thorough understanding of food hygiene, reduction of food wastage and high volume production.
You will also have good communication skills and be able to work individually or as part of a team.
