We are looking for an appropriately qualified and experienced Chef de partie with the following qualities:
- Pride and pleasure in producing great dishes in short time
- Punctual and reliable
- Great communicator and a friendly personality
- Have an eye for detail and a true passion for food
- Works well in a small team enviroment
- Must be able to work weekends and at least a friday or saturday night
- must have licence and own car
We offer a great working environment, training opportunities and above award wages. This position is for full time hours. Mostly daytime hours as we're only open 2 nights a week.
