Established in 1967, Vasse Felix is Margaret River's founding wine Estate, and has been home to Margaret River's leading restaurant for over 25 years. The region experiences the unique combination of a Mediterranean climate, maritime influence and ancient gravel-loam soils making it ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Vasse Felix wines are recognised benchmarks in Margaret River and Australia, and the Estate is one of the country's draw-card winery destinations, with the Vasse Felix Restaurant perfectly complementing our wine and Estate experience. The menu is modern Australian, created from local, seasonal produce and delivered in a unique Vasse Felix style.
We are seeking a qualified Chef with a creative flair that shares our work ethic and passion for local produce. You will be a positive and enthusiastic participant in the creative process with a desire to join a well-established and talented team of chefs who all share a passion for excellence in wine, food, and service. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work closely with the Restaurant team to deliver the Vasse Felix experience.
Open for lunch 7 days with occasional evening functions.
