The Cosmopolitan Hotel is an 86 room boutique hotel located on the door step of Luna Park, the Palais Theatre, and some of Melbourne's finest bars and restaurants. We are easy to get to, with public transport right outside our front door.
TeamCosmo are looking for a full-time Night Audit Receptionist / Front Desk Agent to help ensure our guests have an amazing time in St Kilda.
The Role:
- Be the go-to person for all guest enquiries overnight
- Wow every guest with your professional and approachable attitude
- Complete daily and weekly Night Audit tasks, including basic financial & occupancy reports
A Short Week:
- A four-day block - Thursday to Sunday
- One afternoon shift (3pm to 11pm) & three overnight shifts (9pm to 7am)
- No public holidays required
Skills & Experience:
- You're a night-owl who takes responsibility and solves problems without supervision.
- You must have at least 1 years’ experience working in a 4-5 star hotel reception/night audit environment. Candidates will not be considered for this role without experience.
- Knowledge of RoomMaster PMS is highly desirable
- Unrestricted working rights are required - Australian citizens or permanent residents only, please
