A brand new food concept has been born, this state of the art building in Sydney, which has a capacity of over 600 people will be the first of many establishments to provide an all-day quality dining experience for its tenants!
The venue is the state of the art, showcasing a wide range of international cuisines with a noodle station, wood-fire pizza oven, dumpling bar and more! The menu has been designed with help from a nutritionist alongside their highly experienced Executive Chef with plans to change regularly to keep it exciting! Open Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, with a rotating team and a comprehensive roster, you will expect to work no more than 38 hours per week!
We are now looking for a team leader to support the F&B Supervisor, someone with experience in a similar role. Excellent service is paramount as your guests will all be your regulars. Responsible for a team of 5 F&B attendants, control of Health and Safety, the dining room smooth turn over and tidiness of the place, strong organisational skills will be require. You will be exposed to a large variety of traditional dishes and take on a new appreciation for different cultures.
The group offers $55K + Super for the right person, with no more than 38h per week, mainly day shifts and 5 weeks paid holiday it is the perfect job for a great work/life balance.
