This iconic one hat restaurant is now on the search for a talented and dedicated Chef de Parties to get creative and take control of their own section. Its amazing food and vast beverage list attracts a mix of corporates, young and famous, Sydney's locals and high end tourists. This iconic venue is renowned for serving top quality produce, seafood being a star on the menu.
The team is filled with some of the most talented and forward thinking chefs looking only to have fun, work hard and produce the best quality dishes in the Northern Beaches. With a modern European menu and ocean inspired dishes, there is only room to grow and express yourself.
The venue is offering an opportunity you cannot refuse. The salary varies on experience earning up to $60K for an enthusiastic professional to run their own section and learn the ropes. Only work 50 hours a week with only two doubles in a top of the line open planned kitchen with only the best tool and gadgets. There is staff accommodation on site for those looking to live closer to the beach.
