About the business and the role
Qualified Chef
Manolas Bros Delicatessen is fully licensed and well known for our large range of European delights, cakes, pastries, catering and take home meals as well as an a la carte breakfast, & lunch menu.
We are looking for a qualified chef to join our busy team. We are seeking a team player that is confident in all aspects of a busy kitchen.
This is a casual position with 35-40 hours per week no nights and no split shifts.
We are seeking someone who is:
- A passionate chef, dedicated to delivering excellence
- Excited by a challenging, fast paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and have a positive and outgoing attitude
- Up to date on current food trends and developments
Requirements:
- Trade Qualifications
- Experience in a busy kitchen (minimum 2 years)
- The ability to work in a team environment & work autonomously
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have a professional / tidy presentation
- Available to work 5 days across a 7 day roster
