Latrobe is a beautiful course in the leafy suburb of Alphington, just 10 Km from Melbourne's CBD. It is bordered on two sides by the Yarra River and lined by majestic Red River Gums. Latrobe is a vibrant, friendly club whose members reflect the diversity of inner-city residents.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for people who can serve at our bar, wait and serve food, make a great coffee. However, most of all, provide an amazing customer experience for our Members and their guests. 

Strong food and beverage knowledge or the willingness to learn is a must.

As a successful candidate, you will be:

• Able to deliver exceptional customer service
• Have a bubbly, outgoing personality
• Great presentation, attitude and attention to detail
• Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating outstanding communication skill
• Able to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Essential criteria:

• Have a current RSA certificate   
• Be able to quickly build rapport with other staff & members       
• Be able to multi-task and be constantly on the go
• Have own transport
• A strong work ethic

Good availability over seven days including some evenings
