Production Chef

Senior Production Chef responsibilities include:

• Full time role
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
• The ability to take direction
• The ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High standard of organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene requirements
• Recipe writing / food costs
• Trade qualifications or equivalent
• Minimal 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Full Australian working rights (no students or 457 visa holders)
• Flexible hours
• Salary negotiable depending on experience

Chef De Partie 

Chef De Partie responsibilities include:

• Full time casual role
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
• The ability to take direction
• High standard of organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene requirements
• Minimal 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Full Australian working rights (no students)
• Flexible hours
• Driver’s license preferred
