Voted the best city hotel in Australia and New Zealand in Travel + Leisure Magazine for more than 6 years, The Langham, Melbourne is currently recruiting for Room Attendants to join Melbourne's premier luxury hotel on a fixed term contract through to February 2019 - with the possibility of an extension.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Complete the number of rooms that are required in the required time frame; approx 13 rooms at 30mins per room.
- Ensure that all rooms are completed to The Langham, Melbourne standard.
- Use the correct cleaning products on the appropriate items
- Restock trolley top every day after use
- Answer all guest queries
- Clean rooms and work in public areas as required
- Follow and implement new processes

Previous experience in a similar role is desired. Flexibility with various shifts is required.
