Criniti's Restaurants, voted as Australia's "Favourite Italian Restaurant" by Foxtel's Lifestyle Food Channel in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 are seeking an experienced Group Bars Manager.
This role reports directly to our Group Beverage Manager and will be instrumental in implementing the beverage design across all venues. This will be your opportunity to put your stamp on the creative design of the beverage list. You will operate in the venues and be flexible in your working hours. This role will be mainly nights and weekend shifts.
If you are passionate and creative, with previous experience in design drinks menus, this is the role for you.
About you:
- A minimum 2 years' experience In a high volume bar operation.
- Experience in training bar staff.
- Cocktail experience & knowledge of wines/spirits is essential
- Be highly energetic, positive hands on manager
- Have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Highly creative/Innovative or willing to work on thinking outside the box
- Proven record of creativity within the industry
- Extensive Cocktail knowledge
- Excellent people skills and a customer focus
- Self-motivated
