About the Role:
Our client is an award-winning, large luxury 5 Star Hotel located in one of Sydney's most attractive destination locations. As the Director of Rooms you will be responsible for the exceptional management of the Hotel room division operation, as well as the delivery of all front office and housekeeping services in this high profile property. Your dynamic and professional leadership style, coupled with your experience in large-scale deluxe environments will be integral to your success in this role.
About You:
You will have an appreciation of a sophisticated service environment and impeccable attention to detail. Your leadership and motivational direction will be paramount, alongside your existing experience in a role of a similar capacity.
Alongside the above, you will have the following:
- Min 5 year’s experience managing Front Office, reservations and housekeeping in a Luxury property environment
- Outstanding communication, agile and strategic thinking and strong leadership skills
- Professional, diligent and driven to deliver on targets
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for the highest quality of service
- Proven experience in maintaining and building on key relationships
- Expertise in the training, coaching and developing staff
- Multilingual skills will be an advantage
