Details about the role and whats needed;

• Lead and support the venue in the achievement of financial and operational targets
• Develop and implement initiatives to drive and achieve profitable results
• Lead and guide the high performing team -  motivating, training, driving, culture, energising 
• Empower staff through multiple mediums 
• Service legend and career operator - hospitality is your calling and you're always stuck in
• Hands on leader, driven to be involved and 'in' the team 
• Experience of managing a team of 50+ staff in a multifaceted team
• Exceptional experience of running a high volume business - 5+ years as a Manager 
• Immaculately well presented and high standards of personal grooming 
• A calm and collected individual with a mentoring and nurturing mentality 
• In-depth knowledge of wine and spirits - this is essential
• Strong understanding of flavours and a creative mindset - you will assist with menu design
• Proven ability to assist in managing a top performing venue
• Clear evidence of the ability to successfully manage and drive budgets
