Join Melbourne's only dedicated Seafood restaurant, Iki-jime and work alongside a strong, dedicated front of house team, in our fast paced restaurant! 

The Role
This exciting full time opportunity would suit an experienced waiting professional who wants to join and grow with our award winning restaurant group.  You will be able to hone your front of house skills and work hours over a five day a week operation.

Vue Group is a renowned Australian restaurant group best known for its iconic restaurant, Vue de monde, and other favorite venues such as Vue Events, Lui Bar, Jardin Tan, Piggery Cafe, Cafe Vue, Burnham Bakery and Benny Burger.

We have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, whether it's in our fine dining, contemporary or cafe venues and we operate with a dedicated focus on premium service, quality and sustainability.
Located on Little Collins Street, Iki-jime consists of a dedicated Bar, Bar Jime and a wonderful restaurant.   

The Responsibilities
Iki-jime celebrates beautiful Australian seafood, with a focus on the ethical sourcing and sustainability in providing wonderful produce.  This is coupled with a friendly, genuine approach to service to all our guests. 
As a part of the front of house team you will need to possess the following:

• Energy and passion in providing an exceptional guest experience
• Proven experience in a high end fast paced restaurant
• A positive attitude and genuine customer focus in service excellence
• Have outstanding communication skills
• Be reliable, organised and well presented at all times
• Be self motivated and strive to continually learn
