And we're looking for an exceptional restaurant manager to join us, learn our processes and business to head-up our Pasta Bar in St James Place in the CBD. We're after a true hospitality professional, someone who loves the connection with customers and the joy of creating and leading a hard working and motivated team, loves the food and cooking side of hospitality and equally loves the entrepreneurial joy of running and growing a business.
As Manager you'll be hands-on; making sure our team is productive, positive and well trained, our food consistently delicious and quickly cooked and ensuring our restaurant has a vibe that is Italian in spirit and local in nature. You will need to be systems minded, having honed your skills, habits and management style in a restaurant that runs like clockwork. Your experience and enthusiasm to take responsibility for the businesses financials, rostering and stock control, maximising productivity and profitability combined with your ability to lead a team will set you apart from the average restaurant Manager.
As a early stage business with big plans, this role suits the sort of person who wants to be part of building something grand. The right candidate will be offered a package of between $55,000-$60,000 per annum including Super.
