Quest Apartment Hotels is the largest and fastest growing apartment hotel brand in Australasia with a network of over 150 locations across Australia, NZ and Fiji.  

Quest Griffith is a brand new 4.5 star, 68-room apartment hotel located in the thriving Griffith region. We are growing and looking for another superstar to join our terrific team in a full-time Front Office Receptionist capacity.

  • MUST be flexible to work on our rotating roster (between 7AM and 11PM) requirements including Weekends & Public Holidays on fair rotation

*determined through references and multiple interviews, as well as through the 6 month probation period.

 

What you can expect in the day to day role?

  • to check-in and check-out guests
  • providing friendly personalised customer service at all times
  • administration and conversion of accommodation bookings
  • promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales
  • processing reservations and using multiple systems
  • recommending restaurants and places of interest tailored to guests needs
  • assisting all market segments incl. corporate and leisure guests
  • ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk

Previous experience in hotels is not essential but desirable, however hospitality/customer service/administration experiences needs to be demonstrated. VISA candidates are welcome to apply (excellent English and must have at least 12 months left on existing VISA at least). Experience with sales and industry qualifications will be highly regarded.
