What you would be doing

The main things that you would be doing include:

Fast preparation of dishes
Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
Menu planning
Assist all-new menu Setup and manage to budget

Who we’re looking for

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Japanese Asian cuisine
Self-motivated and have ability to multi-task Well organised and efficient working
Comfortable in fast paced environments
Attention to detail within service
Strong work ethic
Passion for food with a focus on Japanese cuisine
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as a member of a team
Ability to work unsupervised
Compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety procedures including knowledge of HACCP
