We have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic individual to join our vibrant and energetic team. This role will provide you with a strong foundation on reservations and provide a pathway for more career opportunities within the Contact Centre and Front Office Hotel Operations.

You will be located in our state-of-the-art centralised Contact Centre in the heart of Sydney CBD.

We are looking for someone who is committed to understanding, meeting and continually exceeding our guest's expectations.

Every day you can expect to:

• Lead the way in delivering a world-class reservations experience for our guests.
• Handle incoming calls from a variety of guests for all of our properties.
• Respond to emails relating to general product information and reservations.
• Exhibit high sales performance and maximise all sales leads by ensuring you are closing the sale, upselling, cross-selling and on selling at every opportunity. 
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, maintaining a consistent high quality of work.
• Multi-task & maintain a high quantity of output in a busy environment.

To really flourish in this position you will bring your:

• One or two years' experience in hotel reservations or retail/wholesale travel. 
• Reliability and flexibility as required to meet business trends and demands. 
• Impeccable presentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using a property management system.
• Passion for outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a team environment. 
• Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.
• Warm and friendly attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a rotating roster.
