About the Role

My clients are seeking an experienced Function & Events Co-Ordinator to run this sector of their Multi-Outlet business. This will be a very hands on role responding to all conference, events, weddings and functions sales enquiries, lisaing with clients, making following up calls, and ensuring the smooth running of all events. You will be responsible for presenting all event proposals, and contract negotiations. Working closely alongside the Graphic Design & Marketing Co-Ordinator and the F&B Outlets, achieving financial targets and exceeding guest satisfaction every time.

Skills & Attributes;

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Extremely good time management and planning skills
  • Attention to detail ensuring that every event runs smoothly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal departments
  • Friendly and honest demanour
  • Must have open communication and be able to give and receive direction
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
