The Job
Travelodge Newcastle are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, career driven individual to be a part of their kitchen brigade on a Part-time basis in the role of Demi Chef. This is a unique opportunity for someone to come on board and become part of TFE hotels ever growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooking for the AM/PM service
- Control the pass as required
- Assisting other outlets when necessary
- Adapt to the guests requirements and special requests
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are followed through and
- Work alongside team and provide hands on assistance
- Ensure adhere to all Hotel standards and policies
The ideal candidate will need to have:
- Previous hotel kitchen experience
- Ability to take direction and work under pressure
- Take initiative and require minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Hands-on approach
- Passion for exceeding guests expectations
- Knowledge of hygiene and workplace health and safety
