We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in either a full-time or permanent part time capacity.
Tasks within the role will include;
Being responsible for all kitchen duties, managing food service and cooking.
Prepare and present menu items promptly and to a high standard.
Ensure the rotation of stock while minimising wastage.
Working as a team to develop new products and menu items as well daily specials with the opportunity to be creative through specials and menu update.
Cleaning and maintaining a work station.
Busy service and weekends.
We are looking for that person who has proven skills and knowledge wanting to take the next step in their career. Who is able to work in a fast paced kitchen. You are punctual, reliable and presentable with a personality. Having the ability to run and be accountable for the kitchen which includes reporting stock levels to Head Chef
An eye for detail and a flair for presentation.
