This multifaceted hotspot is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to lead the team of the vibrant and seasonal pub grub kitchen. Be part of the kitchen set up and build your team around you. Work alongside the Executive Chef to create this forward thinking dining experience using only the freshest seasonal flavours inspired by the new trends and out of the box classic pub grub.

Lead the team and take charge of financials, recruitment, training and building the right culture in a new kitchen that will award within the first year. The group is now on the brink of expansion and is looking to grow and build.

The chef will have a passion and excitement for the locals favourite with a modern twist. A chef with kitchen management experience looking to take on responsibility of the kitchen. Someone from busy fast paced venue with knowledge of contemporary Australian and American cuisines. The hours and salary are as exciting and generous as the role.
