The group is now on the lookout for an experienced Group General Manager or Director of Operations to bring their strong business management experience to the table.
The company is now looking to expand its amazing portfolio, it currently houses everything from fine dining restaurants to some of Australia’s most iconic establishments! Industry leader’s keep an eye for what this company is doing in the marketplace as they set the current trends. Your role will have a fantastic variety of duties including assisting and implementing marketing and financial strategies to achieve the best results, driving revenue across the state working closely among the head office for results.
The group is on the lookout for someone that will help build on the company and at the end of the day the bottom line. We are looking for a person to drive revenue and the company to the next level. The role comprises your time to be spent over a number of sites driving sales, maximising revenue and business in every facet of the daily trade whilst mentoring a large team state wide.
You will have previous experience in high end, high volume venues and love co-ordinating high performing teams. You will excel in financial control of big numbers, mentoring and have a major focus on building new teams and devolving culture from the ground up.
