With the Sydney hospitality scene excelling in all areas, new bars and venues are popping up all over town and attracting some of the most serious drinkers. Nestled in to an area that can be called nothing other than a foodies heaven, this Venue has developed a huge following with their unique offering. Focused on Gin with a small beer and wine offering as well as a selection of bar snacks and nibbles this venue attracts an array of punters. Whether customers are looking for a quick drink after work or want to soak up the sun on a summers day and watch the world go by, this is a venue with enough on offer to tantalise every sense! 

With a premium offering and highly focused on delivering only the best cocktails and delicious beverages we are looking for a highly experienced Bar Manager who know a thing or two about spirits, managing a venue and leading a high performing team. 

What you will need

• An expert knowledge of all spirits with a particular passion for Gin 
• Detailed understanding of craft beers and wines 
• A creative mindset and ability to pair only the best of flavours 
• An in-depth understanding and clear passion for the industry - you will be on top of drink trends and always one step ahead
• Experience managing a team of 10+ in a busy venue
• Proven ability to train and develop a highly knowledgeable team 
• Proven ability to manage a drive a business - key understanding of rostering to budget as well as costing drinks and managing COGS
• A passion for leadership and developing people 
• A great approach to driving culture, you love working with a friendly, fun team 
• A valid RSA for NSW 
• A calm demeanour - even when it pumps you know how to handle things
• A positive, engaging and outgoing nature! This is a highly customer focused role and we're looking for a great character
