- Learn to roast coffee
ST ALi coffee roasters are looking for experienced specialty coffee baristas ready to take the next step in their coffee careers. As our of our trainees you will learn roasting, technical, account support and logistics skills.
As a trainee in our roastery you will learn the skills necessary to become an industry all-rounder.
Your eventual role will include working in our dispatch department, delivering orders to customers within Melbourne and the greater Victoria region, production roasting, technical support and customer assistance.
The job may also serve as a stepping stone to more targeted positions in our wholesale team.

To be successful in applying for the role you will need a minimum of 2 years experience in specialty coffee and a full, clean driver's license.
