Morphettville Racecourse is South Australia’s premier racing club, playing host to 58 days of racing action throughout the year. Morphettville Racecourse is home to a diverse multipurpose venue featuring 22 functions rooms which are available to host events seven days a week. Our employees are spread throughout Hospitality, Administration, Operations and the Club’s external entertainment venue – The Junction.

The Winning Post Restaurant offers a fine dining experience with an exceptional view overlooking the Adelaide Hills, the finishing straight and Winning Post of Morphettville Racecourse, with a menu that honours South Australia’s magnificent produce and wineries.
We are looking for talented and experienced food and beverage focussed team members, who pride themselves on supporting a dedicated team in continually improving our operations and guest service levels.
Currently the Restaurant is open for Saturday lunch only, but we are looking to extend this in the coming months.
What we are looking for is people with the following expertise and attributes:
- A high standard of personal presentation and grooming
- A strong customer service focus
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Sound food & beverage operations knowledge, i.e. restaurant and bar experience
- Sound knowledge of food and wine

Remuneration will be paid as per the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award.
The successful applicants must be available to work on Saturdays from 10.30 am until approximately 5pm and availability over the Adelaide Cup weekend is compulsory. There is potential for extra hour’s dependant on opening times and availability.
