Sales & Marketing Administrator

Position Scope:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic hotel professional to join our team in the role of Sales & Marketing Administrator.  As a key member of the sales team, the Sales and Marketing Administrator will assist with the sales process to help increase guest experience and help capture revenue. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Sales & Marketing Administrator will be responsible for administrative duties as well as maintaining the highest level of competencies to help Causeway Hotels achieve its business goals.

 

Position Description:

  • Responsible for assisting with the sales and revenue generation of Causeway Hotels.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of various marketing campaigns, focusing on marketing initiatives to create customer loyalty, positive brand awareness and increase market share.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining our on-line presence.
  • Assist with third party contracting.
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in telemarketing, sales blitz, sales promotions and client events.
  • Assist with the flow of information within the department and externally between fellow departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager as required.
  • Provide administrative support by conducting research, analysing information, preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Ability to implement and maintain sales documentation.

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Strong computer acumen.
  • The ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Well organised and detail oriented.
  • Confident, positive and approachable demeanour.
  • Excellent presentation.
  • Previous experience within hotels is desirable.
