Bustling cafe currently undergoing rapid expansion are searching for experienced barista that can handle high volume service with a smile.

Serving upwards of 100 kg per week, you must be comfortable in fast paced setting, juggling fussy coffee orders as well as the preparation of sandwiches, salads and baked goods throughout the day.

A cafe-all rounder; when you are not manning the coffee machine you will happily assist your coworkers with floor work. 

In addition to a lively working environment, this company is offering some great opportunities for career progression for the right candidate, Including on-the-job training in the financial/operational aspects of the business.

Super-star baristas who are looking for job security and exposure to administrative duties are encouraged to apply.

The right candidate will have:

-Availability to commit to a full-time role over 5 days
-Confidence with high volume barista experience and fussy customers
-A bright, energetic attitude and ability to be a team-player
-Desire to commit to a role long-term
-The attitude that the customer is always right
