RACV City Club is a multi-award winning Club with approximately 32,000 members located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Featuring restaurants, accommodation, a fitness centre and conference facilities, the RACV City Club is a social, leisure and business hub designed to cater for the needs of all members.
The RACV City Club’s Food and Beverage department has a part-time Supervisor opportuniies for highly motivated and dedicated Conference & Events hospitality professionals. As a Supervisor, your role will be to oversee and coordinate operations in our Conference and Events team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive Conference & Events experience in a 5-star Hotel or Conference Centre, working across a range of events in a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example and inspire a large team to provide exemplary customer service through your excellent communication skills.
To be effective in the role, you will have a passion for hospitality and a professional can do attitude with the ability to anticipate member needs. It is a part time role with the ability to work up to 38 hours per week. Flexibility and comradery is crucial to this role, with hours spread across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods.
